Welcome

In 2018 we heard the words “your daughter has cancer”. She was only four years old and we had two other young girls at the time. That’s when my season of caregiving began. Since then we’ve walked through additional medical crises and received more diagnoses for our now four daughters.

Through the years the Lord has shown me that we will all walk through seasons of caregiving. It is a ministry God calls us to in order that he may deepen our understanding of his grace, and spread the gospel to the ends of the earth (or perhaps the ends of our homes).

If you are a caregiver, or love someone who is, then you are in the right place. Here you’ll be offered gospel hope in the middle of your exhausting, lonely, beautiful, and crucial ministry.

Where should you go first?

Make sure you’re signed up for my monthly newsletter. It is full of resources, encouragement, and gospel hope and will arrive directly in your email inbox.

But I need encouragement now!

Here are a few resources that will encourage you today:

How can we connect?

Will you send me an email and introduce yourself? I’d love to get to know you, your caregiving situation, and the kind of encouragement you need today.

You can also comment directly on blog posts, or interact with my newsletter archives on Substack. I do have social media accounts, but I don’t check them every day.

I am so glad you are here. May you grow to understand that in all your caregiving, Jesus is caring for you.

Love, Marissa
